On behalf of Laureate, a new operational sales contact centre to be established in Tricity, Poland, we are currently recruiting for an Enrolment Manager.

The Enrolment Manager will manage the daily operations of one or more sales teams consisting of 15-20 telephone sales professionals. You will coach, mentor and develop Enrolment Advisors to reach personal and team goals as well as to meet and exceed sales and revenue targets. The Enrolment Manager will work closely together with the Enrolment Director Poland and other Enrolment Managers within the Polish office and other sales offices to implement best sales practices.
 
To be successful in this role you should have a Bachelors Degree (Masters preferred), minimum of 2 years of experience in a management level position and 3 years of experience in a consultative sales environment, including proven success in leading and developing telephone sales teams and talents. Fluency both in Polish and English, proficiency in MS office applications, and experience in an international work environment, excellent interpersonal skills, high energy and strong relationship building abilities is highly required.
