The company headquarters is in Warsaw and has well developed network of regional offices located across Poland. Company employs over 200 high class experts in Poland with rich professional experience acquired in public administration institutions, research institutions and entities from the private sector. 

We are currently recruiting a recognized leader in the environmental field to lead and grow a team of environmental consultants in Poland. Reporting to the Group Head of Environment the successful candidate will be a member of the leadership team responsible for shaping the business strategy and implementation of a three year growth plan. The successful candidate will lead, motivate, develop and manage the performance of others within the team; will develop business strategy and expansion plans for Poland; will identify new market opportunities.    


Ideal Candidate should be commercially focused environmental professional with relevant experience and qualifications. To succeed in this exciting and challenging role, candidate must have strong business acumen, a ‘can do’ attitude together with a history of sound decision making skills and autonomy in past positions. Recognized management experience and specialist experience in chosen field is a must. Experience of leading large or complex projects and relevant industry experience at senior level is essential. PhD degree is desirable as well as fluency in Polish and English.
