Currently, for our Client, the recognized banking and financial services company, we are looking for an experienced Art Director to empower the structure of the Global Publishing Center in Kraków.

As the Art Director you will oversee the artistic design of advertisements and print materials. You will be a decision maker responsible for the quality of the finished product. Apart from the responsibility for the 'look' of an ad you will be part of a creative team responsible for developing the very concept (leading a team of Senior Designers). You will be expected to develop professional and harmonious relationships with GPS internal customers and pursue design excellence by evaluation of work against both creative peers and the industry.

We would like our Candidates to be proficient in Microsoft Windows, Mac OSX, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat, QuarkXpress, Macromedia Studio, Freehand, and posses a thorough working knowledge of print production. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, CorelDraw and video production is desirable. To be considered in this recruitment project you should have between 7- 10 years of experience in a marketing communications or agency environment.

Due to the fact that you will be constantly working within English speaking environment, the strong working knowledge of this language is a must.
