Our Client is a global BPO services provider that supports business growth of customers from all over the world. Currently, due to engagement in supporting multiple pursuits within the Nordic and Western Europe region for Finance and Accounting opportunities, is about to establish new SSC in North of Poland.

Acting as a Manager of the start-up BPO Transition team you will be challenged with the task of leading migration of accounting processes from our Client’s customers to new delivery centre. You will be responsible for meeting agreed Service Level Agreements on accuracy, time and manner and striving to exceed the expectations of the management. With other SSC leaders your main duties will also include continuous improving and implementing core accounting processes.

To be successful in this role you need to have previous experience within a BPO/SSC organization in Transition management as well as Finance & Accounting function on managerial level. Ability to speak fluently in English and any of Nordics or Western European languages is highly desirable. Strong analytical and communication skills will be a key in order to work effectively and closely with other teams within accounting functions.
