Position description:

• Purpose of the role:
• * Be part of the local applications Europe team to deliver software solutions and to provide maintenance and 2nd level support services for different applications.
• * Ensure that all tasks are carried out efficiently and professionally liaising with internal Clients and external contractors as appropriate.
• * Ensure that all service levels and targets are achieved.
• Key Activities:
• * Improve, maintain and support of the existing applications such as Archiving system, Workflow system, collaboration and content management system (SharePoint).
• * Performs complex technical tasks to support the ongoing operation of the Document Management, workflow, Archiving and/or content management group.
• * Participate in project phase as technical area specialist when appropriate.
• * Database (SQL Server) administration and maintenance.

Essential job requirements:

• * Preferably a Degree or equivalent in Information Technology/Computer Science, Diploma holders with relevant experience will also be considered.
• * Good knowledge of programming languages (Microsoft .Net or Java).
• * At least 1 year of experience as Share Point developer.
• * At least 1 year of experience in areas related to document technology such as Workflow systems, document management system, document collaboration and archiving and content management systems (preferably as developer).
• * Very good English skills
• Additional job requirements:
• * Knowledge of other European language would be a plus.
