Accounting Team Leader

On behalf of our Client, a world-wide known international company, establishing new SSC to provide finance and accounting services, we are currently recruiting for the position of Team Leader for Poland.

Responsibilities:
The Accounting Team Leader for Poland will be responsible for coordination of team work, monitoring of productivity and quality of the team and updating operational procedures. Person on that position will ensure good relationship with customers and solve the issues regarding AP/AR process.

Requirements:
The Candidate should possess: experience in leading a team, experience in AP/AR processes and should speak English fluently. We are also looking for a candidate who has ability to establish priorities is focused on customers and posses very good interpersonal and communication skills.
