Credit Management Lead

Our client, a prestigious and highly respected global company, is planning to develop a Shared Service Centre in Lodz and is urgently seeking a Credit Management Lead.


Working as a business partner, Credit Management Specialist will be responsible for the entire credit and collection process, including the consistent application of credit policy, periodic credit reviews of existing customers and the assessment of the creditworthiness of potential customers.

Moreover, the duties on this position will include managing the group of customer accounts to ensure customer payments received to terms and resolving queries on customer accounts. He/she will actively chase overdue payments to maximize company’s cash position and minimize overdue debt. Additionally Credit Management Specialist will anticipate developments and identify accounts that will require special attention as well as will handle disputed accounts and negotiate to bring payment into line with terms. The duties on this position will also include undertaking complex reconciliations and compiling documentation for legal action.
 
The successful candidate has at least 3 years of professional experience on credit management position and basic understanding of credit law and its impact on the business. Very good English language skills and SAP experience are required. We are seeking the candidates with strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
