HAYS Poland Sp. z o.o.We are looking for a Sales Manager who will execute a broad commercial strategy, which encompasses distributors network development across Poland, the management of key accounts in Poland, leadership of commercial policies and uncover and execute on and new business initiatives to achieve sales targets. The position will be located in Warsaw, Poland. Daily operations include farming existing accounts to identify new opportunities, secure demonstrations / meetings with key influencers / decision makers and close new business, hunting and discovering new media channels, approaching potential distribution partners. District sales manager will be proactive and responsive and develop strong relationships with existing clients, will anticipate client needs and exceed client expectations for all on-going projects and new business opportunities in Poland against multiple metrics. Sales manager will be asked to attend sales seminars, sales meetings or educational activities to stay up-to-date on the latest developments, trends, and regulations in the market place. Parallel to that you will need to keep current with all company’s product information, pricing and contract terms. Sales manager will have individual budgeted revenue goals to meet and should understand profitability implications of new developments and business initiatives. The chosen candidate will be taking part in developing pricing strategy with management to ensure greatest growth and profitability. Please apply if you can demonstrate a strong sales track record in the media sector in Poland, TV content sales preferred (ad sales is also relevant), have at least 7 years of sales experience in the media industry, feel confident with relevant local laws and regulations, and smoothly converse in a knowledgeable manner on various media industry topics and virtual technologies in order to ‘sell’ opportunities to prospective customers. Knowledge of and demonstrable contacts with key partners within Poland will be essential. Additionally we look for candidates who have the ability and skills to develop relationships quickly, both internally within an international corporation and externally with prospects, and know how to manage multiple projects through completion. University degree, with focus on Marketing and Sales, and fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken are a must. |
