HAYS Poland Sp. z o.o.For our client, an international Real Estate company based in Warsaw and included in the Fortune 500 due to rapid grow we are currently looking for the Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for processing work orders in a service centre environment in accordance with established processes and procedures including handling all customer calls, dispatching service request to the appropriate assignment, managing all work-in-progress calls including following-up with the customer to ensure satisfactory completion, and promptly resolving deficiencies. Other responsibilities will include: - Troubleshoots maintenance/engineering issues (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, etc.) - Assigns work orders and dispatches to vendors in response to service requests - Coordinates maintenance efforts with outside contractors, facility engineers, and Facility Managers as needed - Maintains ongoing communications with customers and vendors - Holds vendors accountable for lapses in service and arranges for immediate resolution of issues - Works closely with other Customer Service Representatives to develop knowledge of premises management in order to resolve difficult or complex facility-related problems - Responsible for generating reports and handling customer surveys Key Requirements: - Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service - Fluent knowledge of English AND one of the following languages: German, Italian, Spanish or Portuguese is a must - Experience in property/facility management including knowledge of property management services such as janitorial, HVAC, lighting, landscaping will be an asset - Excellent verbal/written communication skills - Ability to work effectively under pressure in a high volume, customer-oriented environment - Proficient in MS Office applications (MS Word, Excel) - Ready to work in shifts Our client offers an attractive remuneration package and possibility of professional development within the company’s structure.
