Finance Director

For our Client – international Retail company, we are searching for candidates on position Finance Director
 
Scope of duties are: Participation in setting the budget in the region, analysis of its implementation, supervising financial, accounting and IT teams, preparation of financial statements and statistics for the Region , implementation financial strategies in the Region, creation of financial reports in the Region, cooperation with external institutions (US, GUS, ZUS, auditors), supervision of the correctness of tax settlements and social security, cooperation with the banks, analysis of the financial situation in the Region. participation in making core financial and investment decisions in the Region. working with Managing Director in the implementation of coherent policy of the financial department within the whole company, supervising the team work and development of the competence of accountants and financial analysts in the Region
 
The requirements are: very good knowledge of English, degree in Finance or Economics, knowledge of current tax law, proficient knowledge of financial and management accounting, experience on the same or similar position, ability of analytical and strategic planning, excellent time and work management, feedback providing, ability to work under pressure, abilities to build effective teams to support the organization, experience in retail market.
