Financial Analyst CEE

For our Client, global Company from real estate sector, we are looking for experienced Candidates for a position of Financial Analyst.

The role will support the Account Finance Manager with all areas of the corporate finance function, including month-end reporting, budgeting and forecasting, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting for the Client.

Duties and responsibilities: managing and improving the invoicing process and ensuring that all revenues are correctly reported on a monthly basis; regular review of the GL and AP Ledgers, and alerting the corporate accountant to issues as they arise; ensuring that the monthly results for the Business Units are accurately reflected into the Client reporting tools, including JDE; ability to quickly analyse data, identify trends and issues and propose corrective actions / solutions; supporting the client side finance teams with any queries / information requests; preparation of invoices and supporting documentation to Clients; ability to work with multiple currencies and exchanges rates; day to day supervision of local finance team; co-ordination of consolidated reporting and communication with Client.

Requirements: 3 years previous working experience in a similar position; experience of working with International entities; experience of using variety of accounting packages and reporting tools; analytical ability; strong interpersonal and organisational skills; self-supporting and diligent; deliver to tight deadlines; readiness to start work in March 2012.
