HAYS Poland Sp. z o.o.For our Client – international company with offices located across Europe, we are currently looking for experienced professionals to work on the position of Senior Transition Manager. Working on the position you will be responsible for managing the process migration from different European locations, identification and scheduling project deliverables and milestones, review of project proposals to determine timeframes, Key Performance Indicators, procedures, staffing requirements and allocation of resources. You will be focal point between operations team and stakeholders. Moreover you will be responsible for all deliverables related to process migration. Key responisbilities are controlling and monitoring the budget (P&L) or cost, work plan and resource allocation. Moreover you will control a project, service or functional area so that it realizes planned budget or revenue within costs and meets SLA's. In addition you will manage the project team assigned to the transition. In order to be successful in the role you will have experience in independent process migration from Accountancy & Finance field. With minimum 8 years of experience in outsourcing company you will have excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as strong business acument. You need to be effective Project Manager and need to have strong leadership skills. Advanced knowledge of functional systems processes and procedures related various processes within BPO is essential, as well as fluency in English, both spoken and written.
