We are looking for candidates for the position:
Customer Service Professional - Finnish Speaker
Location: remote job (POLAND)
Salary 70000 - 8000 pln gross
Labor contact (full time 40 h/week)
Private healthcare
Full paid training will be provided (5 days in WARSAW)
We expect:

Native/fluent Finnish
Your primary tasks will be:
• Provide excellent customer service via phone, email and chat in Finnish
• Make sure that you work with the set goals e.g. call length, quality, processing time
• Document the exact outcome of your inquiry
• Ensure that product knowledge are up to date
