HAYS Poland Sp. z o.o.Our client, a leading consulting company is urgently seeking Assistant Financial Controller to join its multilingual team in Warsaw. The main responsibility of the successful Candidate is to provide a single point of contact to the client's financial controller for all finance related queries. Additionally, the responsibilities may include: • Coordinating tasks held by Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Buy Center • Preparing and posting of journal entries • Responsible for the balance sheet accounts reconciliation and inter company reconciliation process • Ensuring close process is completed in an accurate and timely manner – preparing accruals, pre-paid releases, posting bank transactions. • Performing a high level review of both B/S and P/L for obvious errors, omissions or inconsistencies • Managing the preparation of all compliance documentation as defined by the client, responsible for SOX compliance within the team • Supporting audit of financial statements as required Qualifications: • Fluent Turkish • Very good English communication skills (written & spoken) • Master degree in accountancy, economics or finance • About 3 years of proven experience in a similar role • Highly experienced in implementing new processes • Experience in leading and motivating teams • MS Office (mainly Excel) skills are essential; ERP literacy is desirable (SAP, Oracle) • Knowledge of GAAP's, SOX control and reporting standards/procedures • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational, multi-tasking and time-management skills Offer: • Challenging job in a professional and multinational environment • Opportunity to gain broad analytical skills and experience, together with highly marketable specialist expertise in their chosen areas • Dynamic working environment • Attractive salary and benefits |
