LOCATION: Warsaw/ Lódź / Tricity Full Time Job
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Gathering business requirements and translating them into system configuration Supporting the review,
-Testing and deployment procedures for HR IT system (Success Factors Learning or Talent modules)
-Engaging and maintaining strong working relationships with key stakeholders
- Communicating with vendor/partners as needed to complete projects and resolving issues
- Collaborating with IT and other departments if needed Participating in all HRIS IT assigned activities as well as supporting project management and internal communication activities if needed
-Taking a leading role in system support
-ensuring documentation and processes are maintained and updated
REQUIREMENTS:
-Have strong communication and inter-personal skills to ensure fruitful cooperation with stakeholders
-Are a good listener and you can transform business requirements into digital solutions
-Are willing to improve and question existing solutions and you are not afraid of new challenges
-Are eager to work in cross-country and cross-functional environment
-Are self-learner willing to become an HR IT Analyst Are tech-savvy person able to solve technical challenges on your own (and you can tell us about them)
-Are not afraid to work alone on complex tasks requiring different skills
-Have a positive can-do attitude, willing to tackle challenges and take new tasks
