Senior IT Security Specialist
ROLE: senior specialist (senior)
TYPE: hybrid work, contract of employment, full-time
The role is based in Gdańsk; Gdynia; Warszawa; Łódź but we are also offering Relocation Package for the Candidates outside office locations (e.g. Cracow/Wroclaw).
Your responsibilities:
-Analyze the current status and devise concrete central and de-central actions to improve the security baseline compliance;
-Ensuring relvant stakeholders are aware of process requirements and approprtiate action has been taken;
-Collaborate with different stakeholders to ensure process and operations are planned and managed accurately;
-Coordinating actions of capability decidated to driving policy compliance deviations remediation actions (sub-team (EDC) service component) (future state);
-Effectively orchestrate and drive efforts of a security specialists' sub-team to ensure solid and sustainable process results (future state);
Our requirements:
-A very good understanding of security domains, especially vulnerability and security configuration baselines (systems hardening) areas;
-Proven experience in analyzing results and devising and coordinating concrete action plans in relation to security controls;
-Proven experience in coordination of a sub-team of specialists service component activities and service level management;
-Ability to identify and improve performance measurement and reporting processes;
-Experience in predicting, identifying, and resolving risks related to the services provisioned;
-Experience with process and service management across different locations and a multi-sourced environment;
-Proven aptitude for focusing on priorities and coordinating efforts to overcome any resistance, setbacks, and obstacles that may arise;
-Good understanding of risk based approach and risk management;
-Excellent command of business and technical English is a must (both written and spoken);
